Tehran, YJC. Shahla Mir Galu bayat says that public health has suffered greatly during the past 8 years.

Saveh and Zarandiyeh Representative in the Majlis Shahla Mir Galu Bayat believes that situations in health have worsened, too much attention paid to specialism having lead to disregard for public health.

In an interview with a local news website, she believed the current problems in drug section to be the sorest spot in health. "Drug is the most problematic section of health right now. Latest reports say that Rls10,000 billion subsidies and exchange currency is being allocated for drug imports, but what we are experiencing is all the pressure that won’t allow us do that. I think solving the drug problem takes a revolutionary act,” she says.

Bayat believes that wrong policies were taken in the Ministry of Health in the 10th administration and says "We currently face serious problems in health. For wrong policies adopted by the Ministry and situations prevailing the country many hospitals are now overdrawn.”
