Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs Abbas Araqchi and Deputy Foreign Minister for European and American Countries Majid Takht-Ravanchi are going to attend the meeting in Vienna as experts and workgroup sessions are underway in the Austrian capital.

The meeting comes as US administration in a letter to the Congress confirmed Iran’s commitment to the JCPOA for the second time.

Experts believe that the confirmation means Trump administration has suspended part of sanctions extended against Iran every six months.

Araqchi has already said that US failure to comply with JCPOA commitments would be discussed in the Vienna meeting.
