TEHRAn, YJC. -- The Rafah border crossing between Egypt and the Gaza Strip reopened on Wednesday, five days after its closure by Egyptian police angered by the kidnapping of seven colleagues, witnesses said.
The reopening of Rafah, the Palestinian territory's sole border crossing outside of Israeli control, came shortly after the army announced kidnappers had freed three policemen and four soldiers seized last week in Egypt's Sinai peninsula.
