TEHRAN, YJC. Roahni says that for every responsibility laid on the president there is a correlative privilege.
Hassan Rohani appeared on the national TV on Monday to discuss his ideas for presidency. He said in answer to a question whether he sees a fair relationship between what responsibilities the law has laid upon the president and what privilege is defined for him "The law clarifies the President’s privileges precisely and there is a relation between his responsibilities and privileges, within which work must be done.”

He added "The President’s team and his abilities defines the kind of relationship he must hold with other branches and where to seek the Leader’s help in the face of incongruities. But finally the extent to which he uses his privileges depends on his abilities.”

Asked to clarify his criteria in forming the government cabinet, he said "My criterion is honesty, piety, wisdom, and clairvoyance.”

Rohani also added that prior to the elections he intends to mention a number of figures whom he plans to work with if elected President.
