Graves cost $3-6 thousand in Tehran

Tehran, YJC. Cicy Council has announced new rates for cemetery services.
New prices were assigned for old graves in the Tehran City Council on Tuesday. The old graves in the first and second sections of the Behesht Zahra cemetery were rated at $3,000 to $6,000. Also for graves older than 30 years it was decided that in case religion permits, there would be no problem for their purchase. The price assigned for these graves was $1,500 for each story.

Mosalas Online reports Mashreq saying that graves in Section III of the Behesht Zahra cemetery were assigned as free for up to 70 percent of the total capacity. It was also decided that if a family decide to purchase the upper story for each story acquired they could do so at the price of $110.

After 70 percent of the spaces are filled, prices will be set as follows in the diagram below.
