TEHRAN, December 8 - The Afghan government has once again called on the Taliban militant group to join the negotiating table. Kabul say it’s even ready to offer an office for the militant group inside Afghanistan but the Taliban insist that foreign troops must withdraw from Afghanistan before it joins any peace talks.
