TEHRAN, December 14 - Three week old Vanellope Hope Wilkins has survived three operations to put her heart back into her chest,in what is believed to be a UK-first.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - Vanellope was born with the rare condition, ectopia cordis, and has no breastbone. She was delivered prematurely on November 22 by Caesarean section in order to reduce the chances of infection, and to give her the best chance of survival.
