TEHRAN, YJC. An Expediency Council member has said global institutes have estimated that Iran would rank 4th in scientific development in 2025.

Mohammad Hossein Saffar Harandi said in the 21st Seminar on Collateral Thinking of University Professors and Elite at Islamic Azad University Kermanshah Branch "Before the Islamic Revolution we had a polarized world.”

"With the Islamic Revolution a third pole was established whom many didn’t believe in,” he added.

He further said "After the war we proved ourselves as paragons of development and reconstruction while we didn’t depend on any other country.”

"Scientific development in Iran is currently 11 times faster than the global pace and prestigious global organizations say that Iran will occupy the fourth place among countries of the world in 2025. Global powers seeing this will realize that the Islamic resistance has not been in vain,” he stated.
