Undersecretary of Supreme Council of National Security has said that the 5+1 have recognized Iran's rights to nuclear power.

Ali Bagheri appeared in the Iranian channel 2 news talk show to provide latest news on the nuclear case. "They recognized Iran's right to nuclear power and accepted our discourse,” said he regarding the Kazakhstan talks.

Supreme Council of National Security Undersecretary added "In Moscow we offered our demands under five topics whose aspects were weighed up in Turkey and ambiguities were eliminated.”

Bagheri stated that offers made in Almaty do not fulfill Iran's prospects and that they are revisable.

He added "Therefore an expert meeting was scheduled to be held on March 18, the result of which would provide a good agenda for talks with 5+1.”

"5+1 must consider mutual respect and work within the NPT in settling for expert meeting,” Bagheri asserted.

Bagheri demanded that the Islamic Republic of Iran needs to see its right to nuclear energy secured and that both sides keep pace and move along each other.

"It was not only progress by Iran that changed the path for negotiations but also Iran's presidency of NAM, which, being held in Tehran, showed off Iran's influence to the other side,” added Bagheri.
