Retaining overseas Iranian exports in national interest

TEHRAN, YJC. Science and Technology Vice President on International Affairs has said that Iranian experts living abroad are considered as the country's capital and the Science Ministry's outlook is their retention in national interest.

Arsalan Ghorbani said in the 49th national meeting of university, research center, and science park, security officials that "International cooperation is a completely scientific approach and based on religious attitudes.”

He added that due to the pace in scientific developments collateral relationship among universities and countries for the establishment of research opportunities for scientists is a necessity agree upon by international entities.

He also said that the establishment of internationally common procedures is necessary to contribute to the advancement of science and scientific research.
