Hassan Rouhani speaking to the staff of the Royan Institute for Infertility Treatments on Saturday said "The government has started a strenuous, round-the-clock effort in all areas with public support. If we succeed it would be because of people and the guidelines of the Leader; and if there is any shortcoming it would be our fault for our limited know-how and power.”
The President said "This country has gone 70 years making plans and organizing national affairs, but still there is no well-defined plan how to transfer science and technology abroad and the other way round. This is one big shortcoming. We have to devise a thorough plan for science, research, and technology.”
"One of the most strategic jobs to have been done by the administration was to diversify the country’s oil export points. We have developed Jask into the second largest terminal for sending oil abroad,” he maintained.
