Tehran, YJC. Iran’s Foreign Ministry Spokesman has said that the country diplomatically follows the traffic accident in which the reckless driving of a Saudi Arabian diplomat lead to the death of an Iranian citizen.
Ramin Mehmanparast said "Unfortunately on Thursday a Saudi Arabian diplomat hit a Pride for speeding and lack of control over vehicle on the road, which caused the death of an Iranian citizen.”
"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs upon hearing the news pursued the issue in diplomatic and juristic ways and has taken necessary measures in this regard,” the Spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran said.
He also added that accordingly Iran has strongly protested to the Saudi Arabian Embassy in Tehran for the accident which was created by violation of the rules of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s.
