Tehran, YJC. Senior military commander said on Friday the Iranian nation has proven that political issues, like Iran’s nuclear talks with the sextet, have no influence on their strong will to defend the Islamic Revolution.

Chief of staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Major General Hassan Firouzabadi asserted Iran’s growing influence throughout the region and the entire world.

Firouzabadi also reacted to recent remarks by U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry that Israel is vitally important for Washington.

"What Americans say and how they hold themselves responsible for the security of the Zionist regime, is a wrong policy,” he asserted.

Firouzabadi advised US President Barack Obama to "focus on his own country’s interests rather than that those of the Zionist regime,” and try to "create a source honor for the African-Americans in the short period of time left from his office.”
