The Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO) published a report on Saturday that 262,944 tons of aluminum ingot have been produced over the period which extends from March 21st to the end of 2014.

The report points out that the present figure shows 2,000 tonnes more than the scheduled production volume.

The amount is planned to hit 1.5 million tonnes by the end of a 20-Year Vision Plan marked by the country (March 2025).
