Iran described as “unfounded” remarks of Emirati Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Anwar Bin Mohammed Gargash against the country.
"It is so surprising and regretful that a country which has had direct role and responsibility in damaging Yemeni infrastructure, war crimes and cruel seizure of civilians for two years, is accusing others of meddling in Yemeni issues,” said Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qassemi.
He said that warmongering countries against Yemen have gained nothing but bolstering terrorism and providing the grounds for their presence in some parts of Yemen.
The UAE and other members of coalition of warmongering countries are directly responsible for crimes in Yemen, bolstering terrorism in Yemen and the entire region, Qassemi added.
Speaking in 34th session of United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva, Anwar Bin Mohammed Gargash claimed that Iran is meddling in Yemeni internal affairs.
