TEHRAN, April 4, YJC - Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for European and American Affairs Majid Takht-Ravanchi said that the nuclear deal has created a good atmosphere for cooperation of Iran and the EU.

(YJC) - "Iran enjoys great potentials and is keen to cooperate with the EU and European countries. Accordingly, the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) has created a good atmosphere for this goal,” he made the remarks in a meeting with Latvian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrejs Pildegovics here in Tehran on Tuesday.
Iran welcomes expanding cooperation with Latvia in various fields, he added.
Andrejs Pildegovics, for his part, said his country is willing to work with Iran in transportation, energy, technology, agriculture, foodstuff, forestry, tourism, education and fisheries.
"Latvia decided to introduce honorary consul as its first step to expand bilateral ties with the Islamic Republic of Iran.”
