TEHRAN, February 5 - “Ahlulbayt (as) advised us to make sacrifices whenever our religion is in danger, even if we have to sacrifice our lives for that holy purpose. Our holy Ahlulbayt (as) did so as they sacrificed their lives for the cause of religion and to preserve Islam.” said Ayatollah Alavi Gorgani.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - In a meeting with police authorities in Qom, Iran on Sunday, February 4, senior Shia cleric Ayatollah Sayyed Muhammad Alavi Gorgani asserted that the practical doctrine of Ahlulbayt (as) serves as a great model for the whole society.
“Ahlulbayt (as) advised us to make sacrifices whenever our religion is in danger, even if we have to sacrifice our lives for that holy purpose. Our holy Ahlulbayt (as) did so as they sacrificed their lives for the cause of religion and to preserve Islam.”
Ayatollah Alavi Gorgani added,” Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) in a narration addressed Imam Ali (pbuh) saying, “You should preserve your religion, in a society where religion is established, all systems and organizations work well; in such a society, the faithful will not betray the system or commit crimes.”
