Pentagon open to first talks with Russian MoD

TEHRAN, July 18 - US Defense Secretary James Mattis is open to the possibility of the first talks since 2015 with his Russian counterpart, Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu, Reuters reports, citing sources close to the matter.
