TEHRAN, August 16 - About 10,000 red-clad Workers' Party faithful cheer in front of the Supreme Electoral Court, after top allies of former president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva show proof that they registered the two term ex-president, now in jail for corruption, as their champion in Brazil's October election.
