Tehran, YJC. Safavi says the US cannot talk to Iran as it does other countries.
Supreme Leader’s High Consultant in Military Affairs said "Our people are politically smart. They completely understand their own situations and the world’s. I can say that the Iranian are smarter than the American. These days they are showing their chivalry and unity to foreign enemies.”
"They spent money in Iraq but failed to gain their objectives there. Today we see that there is a Shiite parliament and Shiite government in that country. In fact they invested but we gained the benefit,” Rahim Safavi said, regarding the US invasion of Iraq.
Expressing content with the military status of his country, he said "There is some weakness to the US, of which the US politicians and military officials are aware. Right now the US is inside our trap and within our stone’s throw; but of course there is this cult of loving peace with Iranians whereas Americans seek war.”
The
military figure stated "Americans cannot talk to Iran like they do other countries.
We hope that Iranian politicians will talk with Americans from the position of
power.”
"The Zionist regime has more than 200 nuclear warheads and long-range missiles. There is also the US fleet in the Persian Gulf, the Indian Ocean, and the Mediterranean Sea,” he further said.
