Iran’s foreign trading nears $88 bln

TEHRAN, March 30, YJC - The volume of Iran’s foreign trading totaled $87.614 billion over the past Iranian calendar year (ended on March 20, 2017) as the country witnessed positive trade balance.
Iran’s foreign trading nears $88 blnTEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - Iran’s foreign trading grew by $3.646 billion last year comparing to similar period in the year before, Iran’s Customs data showed.
 
Iranian traders’ foreign business jumped by 4.34 percent comparing to similar period in the year before.
 
Iran’s foreign trading hit $83.968 billion in 2015.
 
The country’s trade balance has been positive for the second consecutive year, the data showed with non-oil exports have been $246 million more than its imports.
 
Iran’s exports to china reached $8.337 billion, the UAE with $7.436 billion, Iraq with $6.111 billion, Turkey with $3.244 billion and South Korea with $2.877 billion.
