پارتی گردن کلفت نمی خواد، سازنده پول میده به شهرداری ساخت و پاخت میکنند، الان مجتمع ما نشست کرده هرچی هم رفتیم شهرداری گفتیم چرا سازنده پایان کار نمیگیره فایده نداشت ، شکایتم کنی قانون میگه برید خودتان پایان کار بگیرید بعد از سازنده بگیرید، اینکه نشد

چرا همه فقط دستور میدن؟؟!! چه کسی قراره دستورات رو اجرا کنه؟؟!!!
با این رشوه گیری که تو شهرداریا رایجه و رشوه میگیرن و امضا میکنن همین که تا حالا شهرا سرپان معجزه اس پیمونکاری که خونه پدر خانم من رو میساخت تیر آهنا رو بدون بست رو هم جوش داد و شهرداری رشوه داد تائیدیه گرفت

LIVED IN MY CITY ABADAN FROM FARVARDIN 1328 TO START OF WAR V IRAN ON 22ND SEPTEMBER 1980, WOULD LIKE TO GIVE MY ENGINEERING OPINION REGARDING THE COLLAPSE OF THE TALL BUILDING IN ABADAN.
I observed the Video from the collapse and observed the rubble of the structure.
I my opinion the following issues are the case of this disaster in Abadan.
1: Design and Construction methods in respect to safety of the construction site.
2. Very poor material because the rubble has turn into dust and there are no large pieces of concrete in the collapsed section of the structure.
3. The concrete mix that has been used for construction was very poor and not standard concrete.
4. The time of pouring of concrete was during hot weather condition and this factor can be observed because the rubble of structure in fact has turned into powder. I could say fine power.
I request from the Iranian Universities to study this structure and give recommendations for Standard process for future constructions in IRAN.
5. The contractors are responsible for using very poor materials and unprofessional labour men had been appointed to do the Construction.

یک سوال دارم چطور ساختمان پلاسکو که سازه فلزی و17طبقه بود و قدمت ساخت بالایی داشت کاملا رو به پایین وکاملا عمود ریزش کرد و تخریب شد مثل یک تخریب اصولی و کنترل شده ولی این ساختمان که سازه جدید و بروزی هست رو به جلو ریزش کرده به طوری که متأسفانه ماشین ها ی پارک شده و درحال عبور هم گرفتار آوار شدند..... میشه کسی که آشنا به امور مهندسی هست توضیح بده لطفا
