Tehran, YJC. Iran tourism chief says following a recent rail road trip to Iran, he has another interesting plan to further diversify the means of transport for tourists.
Deputy Director of Cultural Heritage Organization Tourism Affairs Morteza Rahmani Movahed speaking at a press conference a while ago had said that a recent trip by European tourists who travelled to Iran on board luxury tourist trains has not been the end of his plans as the country's top tourism official.

On Saturday, he said in interview with Iran Students News Agency (ISNA) that he has received an offer from an aviation company abroad to launch a tourist trip above the country's opalescent land.

He said that inter-organizational measures are needed before the Tourism Affairs is ready to OK the flight. Rahmani expressed optimistic views about the impact of such programs in contributing to tourists' knowledge of Iran and boosting the country's tourism industry.

He has also spoken elswhere of plans to launch a sports event called Paris to Persepolis Ralley which is also aimed at further introducing Iran's lanscapes to the world.

Expressing hope that the solar flight would be organized easily, he demanded that the aviation company which has offered the initiative for the flight would provide more details about their plan for the trip so that Iran's organizations whose permission is necessary for the flight would be able to decide with fuller knowledge.
