TEHRAN, Feb 03 - The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) says Israeli troops shot dead three Palestinians and demolished 20 Palestinian-owned buildings in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem al-Quds from January 15 to 28.
