Tehran, YJC. The IAEA Board of Directors is addressing Iran’s Geneva agreement today.

Mehr News Agency quoting Reuters said that the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency Yukiya Amano has said that the agency will pursue its activities in surveillance of Iran’s nuclear program as stated in the country’s 6-month term of agreement with the Six Majors.

Pointing out that the two sides of the deal are pursuing their obligations as stated in the agreement, Amano maintained that Iran’s adherence to the terms has been satisfactory.

He still added that more action is needed to be taken in order for the two sides to fully come to terms, Amano said today at the Board of Governors convention of 35 members held behind closed doors.

Iran and the Six Majors’ last meeting was held last month in Vienna and is to be followed by another one on March 17 in the same city.
