Tehran, YJC. Military commander says Iran has made missiles that intimidate enemies.
Second in command of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) Hossein Salami speaking at a conference in East Azerbaijan said that Iran as a safe spot amid regional turmoil is the result of the blood shed from the country’s martyrs.
Following the revolution, the Iranian nation has rendered its own fate in the world, he asserted, adding "The enemy resorts to sanctions, conspicuous isolation, and psychological warfare, trying to prevent the spread of the Islamic revolution outside the borders.”
Praising Iran's technological advancements that come despite extensive efforts by enemies to prevent them, Salami stated "In the field of defense, we have relied on indigenous capabilities to make missiles that run chill down the spine of Zionists.”
Now, destroying enemies’ warships is no fantasy for us. The enemy has come to understand out power and is changing its maritime strategies, he said.
The commander added "Our entire military, nuclear, and satellite advancement have been achieved while we were under full sanctions; not to mention the fact that the enemy would even attack our scientists.”
