Iran’s non-oil exports surpass $2.7 bln

TEHRAN, May 3, YJC - Iran’s non-oil exports reached $2.723 billion in the first Iranian calendar year (March 21 –April 20).
Iran’s non-oil exports surpass $2.7 blnTEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - Iran’s foreign trade balance has been positive during the mentioned period, Iran's Customs Organization said in a report.
 
Iran’s non-oil exports have been $375 million above its exports during the month, reaching $2.723 billion.
 
Iran imported 2.091 million tons of goods and exported 8.062 million tons of merchandise.
 
The country’s exports mainly include $493 million condensates, $132 million methanol, $103 million liquefied propane, $97 million iron and steel, $96 million oil gases and gaseous hydrocarbons, $91 million light oils and products except petrol, $63 million liquefied butane and $54 million bitumen.
 
China, the UAE, Iraq, India and South Korea have been Iran’s key customer during the period whose share is respectively, $615, $497, $388, $248 and $153 million.
