TEHRAN, Mar 24 - Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei ordered Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Major General Mohammad Hossein Baqeri to dispatch more equipment and facilities to the flood-hit people in the northern provinces of Golestan and Mazandaran.
TEHRAN, October 07 -Heavy downpours have caused flooding in Iran's northern provinces, killing at least four people and causing damage to roads and bridges as well as water, gas and electrical supply lines.
