SEOUL, Jan 12, 2015 (AFP) - South Korean President Park Geun-Hye said Monday she was willing to meet unconditionally with North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un, and urged Pyongyang to respond more "proactively" to Seoul's offer for dialogue.
