TEHRAN, October 13 - The director of the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) said the 2015 nuclear deal between Tehran and world powers, also known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), would remain a “viable” agreement even if the US left it.
