Turkey says purchasing Russian S-400 should not trigger US sanctions

TEHRAN, Apr 15 - Turkey says the purchase of advanced S-400 air defense missile systems from Russia should not unleash US sanctions since Ankara is not an adversary of Washington and remains committed to NATO.
