Erdogan says Russian S-400 ‘a done deal’, warns US of retaliation

TEHRAN, Jun 20 - President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said Turkey's purchase of advanced Russian-built S-400 air defense missile systems is “a done deal”, warning that Ankara will retaliate if the Washington imposes sanctions over the purchase.
