TEHRAN, June 7, YJC - Iranian Deputy Interior Minister Brigadier General Hossein Zolfaghari said the country is on alert following twine terrorist attacks in Iranian parliament and Imam Khomeini Mausoleum in Tehran.

"Terrorists are under siege and the issue will be over in hours,” he said, adding 4 terrorists entered Iranian parliament in female costume Wednesday morning.
"The terrorists started shooting at parliament guard forces upon their arrival in the entrance door and the security forces immediately started operation controlling the parliament and commissions,” he added.
He noted that the terrorists then fled to lawmakers offices targeting people there, adding 30 have been injured and 2 martyred following the attack.
He said that parliament is keep doing its routine activities at the moment.
He also said that one has been killed and several injured after terrorist attack in Imam Khomeini mausoleum on Wednesday.
