Tehran, YJC. The 21th night of Ramadan is an occasion when Muslims stay awake until dawn because they believe that it is the most valuable time of the year for worshiping God. It is called the Laylat al Qadr in Arabic and Shab e Qadr in Persian, translating into English as Night of Destiny, Night of Power, Night of Value, the Night of Decree or Night of Measures.
