Tehran, YJC. Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council has said that the Atomic Energy Organization supports the country's right to nuclear energy.

Saeed Jalili said in the annual gathering of nuclear industry officials on Saturday "The Iranian nation is paying a price so that the Atomic Energy Organization performs its duty. Today the organization is supported by 70 million Iranians.”

He also added that what the organization does is not just defending the right to nuclear power, but all of a nation's rights, the nuclear energy issue being the frontier line.

Jalili further said that those who disagree with the right "try to break this frontier line, since entering the zone will enable them to assault the whole country.

The top Iranian negotiator with the 5+1 group said "If the 5+1 wants to enter creative negotiations it must adopt a new approach.”

Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council pointed to threats and sanctions agianst Iran and said "They outright stated that we want to impose paralyzing sanctions on the Iranian nation so that they would let go of their right. They themselves admitted that the sanctions are unprecedented."

Jalili said "We hope they take lessens from their negotiations in the past 8-9 months."
