Competition on the I-beam offers in Iran Mercantile Exchange Metals

Yesterday, there was a high competition on the I-beam offers in Iran Mercantile Exchange Metals and Minerals Trading Floor.
According to the report from IME international affairs and PR, yesterday 7,612 MT of I-beam 20 was offered with the base price of 20,000 IRR (less than 1USD) on the IME trading board and traded with the mean price of 25,000 IRR (less than 1USD) in the form of forward contracts. Also 6,380 MT of I-beam 22 was offered which faced with the demand of 25,000 MT and traded with the final price of 25,029 IRR (less than 1USD). Moreover, 740 MT of wire rod was traded with the price of 199,181 IRR (8 USD)

Based on this report, 16,000 MT of VB from Tondgouyan petrochemical industries and 8,000 MT of VB from Bandarabbas were traded for the base price of 10,705 IRR for both products. Lube-cut and granulated sulfur were among the other traded products in the petrochemical and oil-related products trading floor of IME.

4,599 MT of bitumen and 200 MT of liquid gases and 221 MT of polymer as well as 70 MT of chemical products was traded in this trading floor.
