Tehran, YJC. Salami says “enemies” are beaten everywhere by Iran.

Second in command of the IRGC Brigadier General Hossein Salami said "With Iran’s mighty power, today the enemy is a defeated player even to the east of the Mediterranean.”

Salami who was speaking in a military meeting in Ahvaz said "Today we have reached a point where wherever around the world the superpowers are beaten they link it to Iran. This comes no doubt from the greatness of Iran where without being physically present, the enemy feels it shining everywhere.”

Maintaining that the arrogance is not through with Iran yet, but has changed ways, he said "Today the war on the Iranian nation has turned into an economic and cultural one with military threats. If there was not the prevalent self-esteem among Iranians we were sure not to endure all these threats and inimical acts.”

Pointing to Iran’s ultra-regional power he stated "Iranian forces have made effort to rid the area of the enemy’s strategic influence, so much so that the enemy is but a defeated player even to the east of the Mediterranean and there is no talk of the road map to revive the Jerusalem-occupying regime.”

Salami further said "The enemy is no longer able to use sanctions to paralyze the Iranian nation or to boast of its military power against Syria.”
