TEHRAN, Feb 13 - The trial of Catalonia's pro-independence leaders kicked off in the Spanish capital Madrid Tuesday.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - The officials include Catalonia’s former vice-president and former parliament speaker. Nine of them are in jail without charge but stand accused of rebellion, sedition, and misuse of public funds for their role in the 2017 secession referendum. Kusai Kedri reports from Madrid.
