Thousands of Palestinians congregated in Masjid ul-Aqsa on Quds Day

TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - Zionist troops closed all of the entrance doors to Masjid ul-Aqsa as of today morning in in the old parts of the city, preventing people entering the mosque, yet after some hours opened some of the doors, Ma’an News Agency reported.

Those who could not enter the mosque have stayed out of the mosque in the street of Jerusalem al-Quds, with handreds of Israeli troops present there.

Tens of check point stations established near Masjid ul-Aqsa.

Some paths to al-Qds city including Bethlehem road have been closed, such that a 15-year old teen was shot dead and another wounded by Israeli forces.

In Gaza, Supreme Board of Return March named in a statement this Friday rally as ‘Quds World Day’ rally and demanded all Gaza citizens to widely attend the 60th march of return.

Also referring to Deal of Century plan, the statement said that no one could dictate nonsense solution to Palestinians and that the only way to solve the Palestinian crisis is the Zionist occupiers leave the land.

The US president has long been talking about a “deal of century” for the so-called peace agreement between Israelis and Palestinians.

Trump’s “peace plan” has been dismissed by Palestinian authorities ahead of its unveiling at the end of the holy fasting month of Ramadan and the formation of the new Israeli cabinet, most likely in June.

Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner on Thursday met Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem al-Quds to drum up support for the conference in Bahrain.

The Trump administration seeks to use the Bahrain meeting to bring Arab states traditionally opposed to the Israeli occupation of Palestinians lands into line.
