Tehran, YJC. Military officials say to have detected and warned off enemy’s intruding aircraft on February 10.
Commander of Khatam ol Anbia Air Defence Base Brigadier
General Farzad Esmaili said in Monday Morning Procedures of the defense base "On
February 10 a product that the manufacturer claimed to be indiscoverable was
detected by our systems and warned off.”
He added "After the warning the aircraft left the country’s aerial
borders.”
Commander of Khatam ol Anbia Air Defence Base said that the
anti-radar aircraft belonged to the US and its name was U2.
He said the location of the incident to have been the Gulf
of Oman.
