Monday, 27 September 2021 (YJC)_ Among the Iranians living in Germany, the Foreign Minister stressed the importance and necessity of the presence and participation of Iranians abroad in the decision-making process inside the country.
On his way back from New York, Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian made a short stop in Frankfurt, attending the Consulate General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Frankfurt, and exchanged views with a group of educated Iranians living in Germany.
In this meeting, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in honor of Arbaeen Hosseini and the memory of the martyrs and martyrs of Imam Hussein in Karbala, called their bravery a turning point in the path of confrontation between right and wrong throughout the history of humanity.
Amir Abdullahian, while explaining the order of the President Raeisi on the fundamental solution of the problems of Iranians abroad and facilitating their affairs, reminded that the head of the Judiciary and the Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly also emphasize this issue.
He added:
The Iranian community everywhere in this vast world with all tastes, their existence has always been very important and important for Iran, and wherever there is talk of Iranians, their culture and scientific and cultural prominence are reflected. For example, skilled Iranian physicians in different countries have a very high position and influence in their field of work and are a reference point at high levels.
Emphasizing the importance and necessity of the presence and participation of Iranians abroad in the domestic decision-making process, the Foreign Minister stated:
In addition to the existence of Iranian political missions and consulates abroad to communicate and transmit requests, proposals and initiatives of Iranians, efforts will be made to provide a legal opportunity for all Iranians abroad to be determined and selected. Trustees among themselves play a key role in decision-making processes. This initiative can be of special importance in determining the executive and practical mechanism for following up on the requests and demands of the Iranian community and will be effective in resolving the requests and solving their problems.
