The political deputy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran added:

Bagheri also clarified about the developments and regional issues:
Regional issues are considered only between countries in the region.
He announced last Thursday that the success of the November 29 talks depended on the "serious will" and "practical readiness" of the other side to "lift the sanctions".
