The President continued the cooperation and close relations between Iran, the Republic of Azerbaijan and Turkey and said:
The three countries have a lot in common culturally, religiously and religiously, and while we should not allow these relations to be disrupted, we should not disappoint our common enemies with the closeness of the relations.

The President further expressed his concern over the presence of ISIS in Afghanistan and the increase in insecurity in this country:
Terrorist groups not only cause insecurity in Afghanistan but also threaten the security of the region, so we must not allow terrorist groups such as ISIS and the PKK to endanger the security of countries in the region.

The president said:
The Islamic Republic of Iran supports the establishment of an inclusive government in Afghanistan and we believe that all groups, ethnicities and different segments of the Afghan people should have a role and participation in the future of Afghanistan.

Referring to the establishment of stability and security in Syria, Hojatoleslam Raeisi said:
We must use our capacities to create peace, tranquility and security in Syria.

He clarified:
The problems of the region must be resolved by the countries of the region, and the presence and intervention of foreigners will not only not help solve the problems, but will complicate the situation.

Hojatoleslam Raeisi also stressed the importance of stability, peace and respect for the territorial integrity of Iraq:
The Islamic Republic of Iran supports and emphasizes the establishment of a strong and acceptable government of the Iraqi people.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan also said that his country considers it necessary to develop and strengthen bilateral and regional cooperation with the Islamic Republic of Iran.
We can make a leap in the level of relations between the two countries, especially in the economic sectors.

The President of Turkey further described the developments in Afghanistan as worrying and noted:
The White House is training and arming all terrorist groups in the region, including ISIS and the PKK, and providing them with terrorist equipment and tools to create insecurity, so we consider joint cooperation necessary to bring peace to the region.

Referring to the need for security arrangements based on the active presence of regional countries, Erdogan said:
The Islamic Republic of Iran, Russia and Turkey can maintain security and stability in the region with the cooperation of other countries in the region.
