Gharibabadi: The Verdict on Cases of Assassination of Iranian nuclear Scientists to be Announced SoonOn the occasion of the first anniversary of the Iranian nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh martyrdom, on Sunday, Secretary of Iranian Judiciary's Human Rights Council Kazem Gharibabadi announced that the verdict on the four cases of assassination of Iranian nuclear scientists will be ready soon.

“The verdict of the cases of the nuclear scientists' assassination is on the agenda of Tehran prosecutor’s office,” Gharibabadi said.

Elsewhere in his remarks he praised martyr Mohsen Fakhrizadeh's achievements in nuclear science and experience and called his assassination as a crime against humanity and a violation of international regulations and human rights, while blasting the silence and inaction of the international bodies and those who claim fighting terrorism.

Mohsen Fakhrizadeh was an Iranian scientist and headed the Iranian Defense Ministry’s Organization of Defensive Innovation and Research (known by its acronym SPND). He was martyred on November 27 in a multi-pronged attack in Absard city of Damavand County, Tehran province.
