The Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper wrote today (Tuesday) quoting a security official of the Zionist regime that the officials of this regime are deeply concerned about the closeness between Iran and the UAE.
Yedioth Ahronoth described the Zionist official as "very high." He said:
The simultaneous proximity of the UAE to Iran and the Israeli regime is incompatible. There is deep concern, especially as thousands of Israelis travel to the UAE and are warmly welcomed, but the presence of Iranians may be dangerous.
The high-ranking Zionist security official described Tahnoon bin Zayed's visit to Tehran as a "rare incident" and added:
The newly created route between Tehran and Abu Dhabi is viewed with open eyes. If the doors of Iran and the UAE are opened to each other, the whole story (the expansion of Israeli-UAE relations) may change for the worse.
The Hebrew-language newspaper then wrote that Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed was the second most important person in the UAE after the ruler of the UAE, and had previously traveled secretly to the occupied territories and met with Mossad's then-head Yossi Cohen.
Ahronoth wrote that the UAE National Security Adviser, in a meeting with his Iranian counterpart Ali Shamkhani, said that Iran is a large and strong country in the region, which is located in a unique geopolitical position and is the connection point between the east and the west of the world.
