Tehran, YJC. Chairman of Guilan Chamber of Commerce has said that hosting the 15th session of chambers of commerce of the Caspian Sea countries by Anzali Free Zone provides a good opportunity for representing investment capacities and opportunities and for developing joint cooperation.

Hadi Tizhoosh Taban stated that hosting of the 15th session by Anzali will be a turning point in the development of trade exchanges among Caspian Sea littoral countries.

He asserted that the idea of hosting the forthcoming session was proposed by chairman of Anzali Free Zone at the 14th session which was held in Astrakhan, Russia, in May, adding that the next meeting will be held in the same month next year.

The official added that development of trade cooperation among member countries, study of prevailing problems in the field of trade, marine and land transportation and examining proper mechanisms for removing business impediments in member states are among topics that will be discussed in the Anzali session.

Tizhoosh Taban also noted that among other issues to be discussed at the session will be cooperation among private sectors of the participating countries and using potentials of other countries with an aim of developing bilateral and multilateral cooperation.

He further explained that in the course of the session in addition to presenting capacities and attractions of the region to the participants in the session grounds will be prepared for familiarizing the Iranians with capabilities of the only free zone in northern part of the country.

Tizhoosh Taban pointed out that in case tradesmen and businessmen of regional countries take advantage of legal exemptions of the zone, many production and trade problems among the members will be solved.
