The joint statement, issued by various Arab and foreign capitals, condemned the Zionist regime's crimes of racism against Palestinians in various parts of the country, inside and outside Palestine, and called for a campaign to eradicate the regime's apartheid regime.

Also on the need to hold Israeli authorities accountable for committing apartheid crimes against the Palestinians through targeted sanctions such as travel bans, freezing of criminals' assets, arms embargoes against Israel, and a request to the criminal court prosecutor to include apartheid crimes in the investigation. The emphasis was on Palestine itself.

The signatories went on to express their support for Palestinian organizations documenting Zionist atrocities and racism, as well as the Israeli boycott movement BDS.
