Tuesday, 8 March 2022 (YJC)_ Iranian Minister of Communications and Information Technology said that the first signals from Iran’s satellite have been received.
In a message on his instagram page on Tuesday, Iranian Minister of Communications and Information Technology Issa Zare'pour said that the first signals from Iran’s satellite have been received.
“The first signals from Nour-2 were received,” he said while referring to the successful launch of Nour-2 satellite.
“Nour-2 is a reconnaissance satellite which is to revolve around the earth every 90 minutes,” he added.
During his remarks on the ceremony of launching the Iranian 'Noor-2' Satellite into orbit, IRGC top commander, Major General Hossein Salami noted that is the first Muslim country that launched satellites into orbit.
