Ankara: Our dialogue with Israel is not against the Palestinian issue

Anatolia news agency quoted Cavusoglu as saying that during his recent visit to Ramallah and Tel Aviv, he discussed with Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid the issues he had discussed at a meeting with the Palestinian Authority.

"These issues were 'very helpful,'" he said.
During the meeting with Lapid, an agreement was reached on the appointment of an ambassador. The Zionist minister is scheduled to travel to Ankara.

The Turkish Foreign Minister also claimed that the country's dialogue with the Zionist regime is not against the Palestinian issue, but "this dialogue will play a role in reducing tensions."

"Turkey's red lines on Palestine are clear," he said.
The issue of Palestine, Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque and its current situation are very sensitive issues for us.

In this regard, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan recently said that the Zionist regime has announced its readiness to cooperate with Turkey in the field of natural gas and that the Turkish Minister of Energy will soon begin talks on this issue with the Tel Aviv regime.

Earlier, referring to Turkey's relations with the Zionist regime in the field of energy, Erdogan said:
The issue of natural gas can be one of the most important steps we can take in our bilateral relations. I hope that the negotiations (in the field of energy) will achieve a perfect result.
