Iran to attend Japan 2017 Robocup

TEHRAN, July 20, YJC - Researchers and students at Iran’s prestigious Amir-Kabir University are going to take part in Japanese 2017 Robocup which is going to be held in Nagoya.

Iran to attend Japan 2017 RobocupTEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - The Iranian team, one of the most famous ones in robotics, would head to Japan on Friday.

The scientific-research competitions are held each year in various leagues in one of countries working in robocup actively under Robocup Federation.

The 21st round of the competition is to be hosted by Japan in which rivals are competing for 6 days.

This year’s competition is scheduled for July 25-30 in which 300 teams from Iran, Germany, the US, Portugal, Austria, China, Brazil, Holland, Turkey, Mexico, Japan, Canada, Singapore, Russia and Taiwan are attending in two sections of students and university students.

Iran’s Poly-Technique Amir-Kabir University is attending in 5 leagues.

The scientific section competitions start on July 26 in which the Iranian team would present their research and scientific achievements in poster and article.
